PP melt blown nonwoven fabric machine for producing Mask fabric,like BFE90 95 99 .Widly used for disposable face mask and N95 face mask. Melt blown machine working process decription:Auto Feeder feeds 100% polypropylene(MFI1500) into Extruder. Then pp materials are melt by heating through Extruder. Screw compressor supply the air into Air Heater and then the heated air will spray the liquid melted polypropylene materials through the Nozzle Heads (with hundreds of small holes in the mold), and finally threaded materials arrive at the Receiving car. Receiving car can be customized.
