Pumping unit frequency converter is a series of high performance and simple frequency converters independently developed by Xinfeng Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd.On the premise of improving stability, it adds a series of practical advanced operation and control functions, such as PID regulation, phase-loss protection, light-load oscillation suppression, flexible input and output terminals, on-line parameter modification, power outage and shutdown parameter storage, RS485 control, etc.It provides integrated solutions with high degree for equipment manufacturing and end customers, which is of great help to reduce system procurement and operation costs and improve system reliability.
1) The main circuit topology adopts three-level structure, using low-voltage power devices to achieve medium-voltage inverter output, with high reliability.
2) Compared with the two-level circuit, the output voltage and current waveform is improved due to the many output levels and the RLC low-pass filter connected to the output side. The motor runs noiseless and vibration-free.Ordinary motor can be used, and do not need to drop.
3) DV/DT is relatively small, which improves the EMC characteristics of the frequency converter;
4) It has the function of automatic voltage stabilization on the voltage fluctuation of the grid side.
5) Starting voltage can be compensated.If the output end is connected to a long cable, the voltage loss on the cable can be compensated.
6) The cabinet is equipped with power frequency/frequency conversion switch (special for load of submersible electric pump).
