The traction power supply in the vehicle manufacturing plant is reduced from 110kV/10kV transformer to 10kV, and then a 10MVA single-phase step-up transformer for traction provides 25kV single-phase power supply for vehicle test.The main problem of this power supply mode is that there is a large amount of harmonic current in the 10kV bus during vehicle test.The harmonic of 10kV power supply has been tested. The results show that the current distortion rate of 10kV bus is about 50% (THD), and the harmonic frequency mainly includes third, fifth, seventh, 41st and 43th harmonics.During vehicle tests, the switching power supply, numerical control locomotive and other equipment components in the factory are often damaged. The effect of capacitor and inductor resonant harmonic absorption device configured on the 10kV side is not obvious.Traction power supply directly takes power from phase A and B of the power grid, and C gets along in the no-load state, which will cause the three-phase load imbalance of the power grid.
It is necessary to transform the AC traction power supply to achieve real three-phase balance compensation, and the harmonics injected into the power grid during operation can meet the harmonic limit stipulated in the electromagnetic compatibility of the power grid.At present, the idea of electric power quality control of electrified railway is mainly from two aspects: one is to improve the power supply, and the other is to increase the compensation device, such as reactive power compensation device, power filter.The running mode of power supply system in locomotive factory is very flexible and the system parameters are complicated.The harmonic elimination power supply scheme is adopted to simplify the complicated problems, and the concept of micro grid technology is applied to the management, so that the traction power supply and the system are both isolated and connected, so that the problems in the micro grid are not uploaded or expanded, and the system protection is shared at the same time, and the reliable and stable operation is achieved.
