The special converter for rail transit adopts super capacitor as absorption and storage device.Its working principle is that when the train regenerative braking lead to an increase in dc voltage, equipment working in charging status, the energy stored in supercapacitors, when the train start lower dc voltage, equipment working in discharge from the super capacitor energy release to the dc traction network, better use of the braking energy, make the smaller dc voltage fluctuations.
