Digital motor test power supply

Digital motor test power supply is a new generation of motor test power supply system developed successfully by the company to meet the market demand of motor test.The power system has the advantages of environmental protection, energy saving, multi-purpose, convenient operation and so on. It can be used for the factory test and type test of DC motor, common AC asynchronous motor, synchronous motor, frequency conversion motor and other motors.

To meet the requirements of the national standard for motor test power supply, can complete all electrical performance test items of high and low voltage power frequency AC asynchronous motor and high and low voltage frequency variable speed motor.

To meet the requirements of ordinary AC asynchronous motor, synchronous motor, frequency conversion motor, DC motor and other motors for the test power supply, can output sine wave, two level PWM wave, three level PWM wave, multi-level (or multi-level) PWM wave according to the test requirements.

All kinds of waveforms can satisfy the test of ordinary motor and frequency conversion motor. 

The temperature rise test of the motor can be realized by using a power supply, and the operation is very simple.

The current harmonics of the input side meet the requirements of relevant national standards, without installing power factor compensation and harmonic suppression devices.

The power supply adopts standardized module combination, and can adopt redundant structure according to the need.

The power supply adopts multi-machine parallel structure, which can not only work as an independent power supply, but also multi-machine parallel operation, which can maximize the work efficiency, but also convenient for capacity expansion;Multiple machines are connected in parallel, the output power and output current are large, which can meet the requirements of the blocking test of high-power motor and the short-circuit characteristic test of large synchronous motor by idle running method.The maximum capacity can reach 2*10MVA.

In the power supply, each single machine adopts the common DC bus, which can be towed by two machines. This is the load operation mode in the motor test.

Harmonic factor (HVF) not more than 0.02;

The negative sequence component of the three-phase voltage system is less than 0.5% of the positive sequence component, and there is no zero sequence component that can affect the measurement results of the motor.

Deviation between three-phase voltage and the given voltage ≤0.2%;Output voltage resolution ≤0.1V;

Deviation between frequency and specified ≤±0.1%;Output frequency resolution ≤0.01Hz.
